Remember when Andersen spun off Accenture and PwC spun off Monday? Braxton was Deloitte's would-be spin-off consulting firm.  Called off at the 11th hour, the brand lives on in the hearts and minds of many marketeers (and on countless high-end backpacks and other branded tchotchkes). Project included naming, logo, collateral, employee communications, marketing materials, etc.
